A very impressive oil on board showing a fishing scene with tall ships and a Mediterranean coast in the back ground.  Condition is excellent, clean, no damage or restoration.  Frame is 19th century and also good condition, but rather boring.... would certainly benefit from a nicer frame, but is ready to hang.  Artist listed with Artprice, see their website.
