From the collection of a local Gentleman, a super oil on canvas of a rural scene of ducks and geese around a pond, painted in the impressionist style by Henry Hadfield Cubley - an artist well known to us and listed on the Artprice website. Signed in the bottom left hand corner of the picture - see the close up below.

Condition is excellent, clean and bright and inscribed on the back "near Aylesford, Kent" and is dated 1922. The frame is rather plain and the picture would probably benefit from re-framing, but is ready to hang.
